Question Engine Shaking

Hi all, new here. I have a 2007 F150 5.4L Triton. The engine shook badly so I replaced all the spark plugs (had to buy the Lisle tool to remove 6 of the 8 plugs. I replaced the ignition coils as well. There was rust on some of the plugs and moisture on a couple of coils. It rides better but the shake is still there. When I try to maintain my speed, the shake gets worse. I also changed the oil, fuel filter, and oil filter. I used Sea Foam in the gas tank to clean out the cylinders a bit. Still shaking. Yes the CEL is on, but any ideas what it could be?

Twenty questions (some may or may not apply

Does it shake when idling and not moving? What is the CEL code? Did the CEL code start before or after the shaking? Have you had your tires rotated? Are you driving over rough roads? Have you checked the transmission fluid? When was the last time you had your brakes checked? How many miles does the truck have? What color is it? Have you checked your tire pressure? Are there any modifications to the truck? Is it 4x4 or 4x2?

It shakes when idling. It's when I throttle up it gets worse. The brake pads, rotors, struts, and tires are all new. It's a 4x4. It's has nothing to do with the steering or transmission.
