Default Engine oil cooler

Good morning all. I have a 2013 f-150 that just crossed 100,000 miles. Around 15,000 miles ago my engine oil cooler went and made a mess of things. Lucky for me I had mechanical breakdown coverage at the time...which has since expired. Seems to be happening again as I noticed some antifreeze leaking under the truck past week which prompted me to look into the reservoir and noticed some oily sludge....not nearly as much as the last time. Before I head back to the mechanic that did the work the last time I’d like to be better prepared with knowing anything else that could be associated with this issue.

Only thing that comes to mind is a head gasket issue.
