I am wondering how an engine with good oil and good oil pressure would lock up just going do the road? It is a 2012 3.5 ecoboost with about 150k miles on it any advice is greatly appreciated.

 

So it just seized while you were driving? There could have been sludge buildup in the motor that you didnt know about. Or something could have broke causing it to seize

Oh, it only make a small rattle since last year but the noise never got worse -it all of a sudden went away.
