Default Engine Light/Temperature Gauge issue

Hi all. I hope I’m posting in the right spot. I drive a 2017 F150. Yesterday my check engine light turned on. Truck is still running just fine, no noticeable differences. I then noticed that my display read that it was 75 degrees. It’s been stuck in the 70-80 degrees range since, but it’s only in the low 30s here in northern Wisconsin. 40 degrees just seems like a lot to be off by. Any chance these problems are related? Anyone have any advice?

Go to Autozone or other and get the Diagnostic Trouble Codes read, its free (takes five minutes) and report back with the codes.
