Unhappy engine knocks at idle.

Wondering if anyone else has had this issue with their truck. Once the truck is warmed up, every-time I come to a stop light the truck starts to knock, I rev the engine and it disappears. Used to only happen after oil changes just for a couple of hours, now it is almost daily and really pronounced in reverse.

2008 F150, XLT 5.4vl 3v 97000 miles, new s-belt, oil changes reg-3rd rad flush. I checked out water pump and fan clutch just in case while I was changing the s-belt everthing is fine. I always felt this was an oil pressure issue but I can't pin point what.
