I have a 2016 Ford F150 Lariat with a 5.0. I recently had the VVT's replaced and now I'm hearing a knocking sound that comes and goes with codes P0012, P0349, P0345.

Here is a link to hear how the truck is running. I need to know if someone can tell me how to fix this issue. I feel like I can't run for the hills because it won't be worth much as a trade in.
