I recently found that my engine is in serious need of an overhaul. I was lucky enough to acquire a free (cost me a case of beer) 302 from a friend and I was wondering how many hours it would normally take to remove the old and install the new. It's a 1986 302, EFI, std tranny.

 

ummm bout a 6 hours if your good and not clean about it

 

Thanks, I figured 6-8 hrs but I wasn't positive.
