Is Duraspark the same as Motorcraft? Why do some modules have different # of wires coming out? Like the one I got from a parts house that sells Standard Ignition products. Is there a difference in coils? I'm tring to desmog a 76 460 to put in a dirt track truck. Now a C6 ? I have 2 lines coming up from the rear of the trans, are the both vacume modulator, & do they both connect to manifold vacume? Anything else?

 

Ford called the ignition system Duraspark back in the day. Motorcraft was the brand name Ford put the replacement modules under. Standard Ignition did not make the OEM ones, but they are a good brand.
