Default Electrical Trouble

Help please!

On my 2019 with a 2.7, the electrical system is malfunctioning. It's only in the front end, but I've checked connections and ground and come up with nothing so far. The malfunctions come and go seemingly randomly and are as follows:

Passenger side headlight (high and low beam)
Fog Lights (both sides)
Cooling fan (both fans)
Active Grill Shutters
Horns

My initial gut diagnosis was a failing BCM, but the cooling fans should be controlled by the PCM, right? I've checked the associated fuses and relays that I have been able to find. Do these systems share a connector or something somewhere that I haven't found? I should also mention, if one system begins working, they all do. The majority of the time, none of these systems work, they will just randomly work for a couple of minutes occasionally. If you have any ideas, I'm all ears. Thanks!
