95 f150 turns over wont start have replaced cap, rotor, coil, and had ignition module tested also am reading codes 116, 636, 565 any ideas

 

Those are temperature codes for the engine and trans and will have no effect on the engine not starting, you need 3 things to make it run, fire, fuel, compression.

Get a fuel pressure gauge and hook it up to the injector fuel rail shrader valve. Check for spark with a spark tester. If you have both of those then you will need to get a compression tester. Does the check engine light go out when you spin the engine over?
