Default Electrical issue with brakes.

To start off I have a 2011 f150 ecoboost. About a week ago the battery died on me most likely from sitting. I threw it on the battery tender thinking all would be well. But now I've noticed a few things happening. When the truck is running the brake lights will not turn off. As soon as I turn the truck off the radio goes out and says turned off to save power or something along those lines. The weirdest thing tho is if I press the brake pedal while the key is not in the ignition, it acts as if I turned my key to the accessory setting. As soon as I let off it goes back to battery saver mode. I pulled the battery and let it charge overnight with a charger and put it back in the truck. Battery shows 100% on the charger. I read that the bcm may need reset so when reinstalling the battery I let the truck sit for 15 hours locked up and untouched. This did nothing different. I'm not sure where to start here. I was thinking maybe the brake pedal switch but then why would it work with the key off and stuck with the key on? Let me know what you guys think. Thanks.
