2012 F150 s-cab, 5.0L 4WD

I am experiencing intermittant failure of my dash lights. The light switch is set to automatically turn lights on / off as ambient light darkens / brightens. The ambient light is dark. The dash lights are on about 3/4 full. Without warning,the dash lights dim to their lowest output. Manipulation of the main switch has no effect, Pressing dimmer switch will cause a slight dimming or brightening. Just as suddenly all will return to normal.

I have not found loose connectors, faulty ground, etc.

Thoughts / suggestions would be appreciated

If you have less than 36,000 miles on the odometer, take it to your trusted dealer because it is under warranty.

From the description you gave tells me it's an electronic module issue.
