Over the past few weeks, I have been having trouble with the steering wheel "arrow" controls for the driver info display not working properly on my 2013 XTR ecoboost. That is pushing the right arrow causes the selection to go down, or up, and gets to be a real issue trying to back out of a menu (all arrow and enter buttons are actually confused). Then usually after a few minutes its back to normal. Turning the ignition off and on doesn't clear it, it comes and goes of its own accord without any reason. This is intermittent as all get out, so I don't want to take it to the dealer just yet as it will invariably be working properly when I do. Anyone else have this problem?

 

I wouldn't wait to get the dealer and get it put it on record. If the problem is not resolved by the end of your warranty they have to continue to cover the repairs if it reoccurs. It may just be a loose plug or contact behind the cluster.
