drive cycle test

Default drive cycle test

i have a 98 f150 4.2 5speed and my scanner said i need to do a drive cycle test or get a pcm, how do i do a drive cycle test? and where can i buy a pcm? oh and it said MAF sensor low input/out of range, what do i do? thanks in advance

Was the drive cycle a P1000 code? It just takes driving, usually 100 miles of highway and city and a few start/shutoffs to reset that. Try cleaning the MAF first too.

i dont remember the code but i used my diagnostic machine it tells the codes and the fix, it was around 5000 dollars but it said to do the test and/or replace the MAF, i have cleaned it still no good
