I am currently experiencing an electrical issue with my 2005 F150. Over the past year or so my dome lights keep flickering (the lights that appear when the door is ajar). Some times the lights just stay off.

I am not sure if its a short or if a bad fuse.

Any suggestions??

 

If I remember correctly, others have had a problem with the wires going to the door switch breaking. Pull back the rubber boot between the door and jamb to see if one or more of your wires are partially broken.
