Default Does this come out?

I purchased some Pro Comp wheels with corrosion on then. With Mickey Thompson 33 x 12.50 MTZ tires with about 25% tread remaining for $300.

My BIL owns a blasting business and will bead blast them for so I can repaint them.

The wheels have screw heads around the bead. Are they real in that I can take them out for blast and paint or are they all show and not removable?

That looks like a bead lock it should come off. Be sure to deflate the tire first though to be on the safe side.

No it's a fake beadlock. They are just for show, but is it just a head or a removable screw?

FYI

They are real and they do come out.

I hit them all with PB Blaster and let it sit a while. I then use an Allen key on a socket and gave each one a rap with a hammer.

They all came out easy except one. I stripped the head With a little effort and hammering in a torx it came out.

Now I can get to cleaning up the rim
