Do i need a drop pitman arm??

I'm ordering a 4" lift for my 02 f250 has the leveling kit already on it. Do I need to install a drop pitman arm or not?

With that size lift it is only suggested to avoid problems with power steering components going bad. Any thing above 4" absolutely needs one.
