Default Dent removal

Hey guys I got a question, the bed had a dent in it when I bought it and was wondering how I could get a dent out of it without replacing the bed or parts of the bed.

if that dent were not creased on the top you could have paid a paintless dent removal company to pop it out for you, but it looks like it will need to be pulled out bondoed and repainted

It's not creased to bad, so I'm thinking some paint on the crease may chip off when it's fixed.

could also use a can of compressed air. spray it upside down so the white stuff comes out. then heat it with a hair dryer.

So spray it so it gets It cold then heat it up so it's more malleable, or bends back easier?
