Default dash lights

i have a 2013 f150 with 17,000 miles, about 11 months old.

as i drive down the road, in day light......only when i hit a bup, the dask lights dim. the lights in the center of the cluster remain bright. the 1 to 6 for the gear are bright. the various other guages all dim. it is a dimming that is significant. they remain dim until i get home and turn off the truck.

it only happens at a bump.

this does not happen all days, it may wait a week to happen, then to happen on back to back days.

the sky may be bright or cloudy - no difference.

dealer kept truck 2 days the first time. they tested and did 0.

a month later, i took truck back again ...... now on 5th day. dealer called wife today they can not or will not do anything unless they see it happen.

wife and both have seen this we have taken photos

Sorry i can't offer any input on your issue, but why is your warranty expiring?
On a 2013, the warranty should be good to 2016.

Do you have stuff on the dash that could block the light sensor? On dull days the auto headlights might turn on and off depending on light levels... like driving under an overpass

It may be fixing to expire because of miles. 36 months/36,000 miles

He states it has 17K miles. Even driving 100 miles a day that's still 6 months of warranty left. Take it to the dealer. If the dealer where it was purchased isn't fixing the problem take it to a different one. They all provide warranty service.
