Default Couple issues need diagnosing

1: Today while driving i noticed a very distinct clicking noise coming from what i thought was directly behind me. It sounds like its literally in the bed of the truck or stuck between the bed and the cab. (I have a reg cab) It gets louder as the truck goes faster and once you hit about 10mph or below it stops. The perfect way to describe it would be the noise like a playing card makes on a bicycle wheel.

2. There is a howl noise coming from what seems to be the drivers side front wheel area. It happens only every once in a while and to stop it i just have to move the wheel to the right a little bit. It seems to be worse at freeway speeds.

Any ideas as to what either of these could remotely be? Thanks for any help
