correct anti freeze

Default correct anti freeze

Im hoping that I didnt screw up but I topped off my 2004 Ford F150 with Dex-Cool antifreeze. it is orange in color... can anybody tell me if I screwed up?

Yes, you did screw up, that is supposed to take ford gold antifreeze.

Drain and flush the WHOLE cooling system, that dexcool turns everything to jello/mud if its mixed with other types

Click the Quick Reference Charts tab, and read the ones about coolant.

Only use concentrate - never 50/50 (a massive waste of money). Only use normal-life - never long life (which doesn't last as long as normal). Only mix with distilled water - it's <$1/gal. at any grocery store.
