Default Coolant question

So whoever had my f150 before me must have traded it in for a Chevy because I purchased it from a GM dealership. Regardless it has Dex-Cool in it and I was wondering if that will pose a problem for my truck should I be worried? Should I flush it and put in the regular ethylene glycol? Thanks guys.
