Default Coolant flush and more?

2013 5.0 95000 miles
Going to do a coolant flush and I was wondering if I should change the o rings in the hose connections?
Mine haven't leaked yet. But I don't want to get surprised in a few months.

If they are not leaking, dont disturb the connections.

They have a small air bleed hole at the top, but as far as coolant bypassing it until it opens, i think it just circulates past it through a port in the housing, until it opens.
