Default To coolant change or not to coolant change?

I have a 2005 F150 with the 5.4 3v that we purchased new in September 2005. It has just over 30k on the clock. The Ford service manual recommends that the coolant be changed after 5 years, or 100k miles, whichever occurs first. The truck is now almost 7 years old, and the coolant has never been changed. Should I change it? Should I wait and do it later? How important is the time portion of the requirement?
Thanks in advance for any insight!

I would change it. It says 5 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. I can't remember why, but its not good to let it sit in there too long even though it may have low miles.
