Default Coolant change?

Hi F150 Family
Wondering when I should change my coolant?I know the manual that came with my truck says 100K but im skeptical about letting it go this long.I have 43K on my truck now.I checked the fluid with a hydrometer&the fluid is crystal clear&protection to 45 below.Looks ok to me.Advice would be appreciated,thanks...Pete

With the coolant showing as good appearance as new, and temp range down to what ever should be good to go. Change my coolant when I replaced all hoses and t-stat at 150K appx 5 years.

Forgot to comment on your truck.AWESOME!Looks REAL nice.I do like the older F150s.They seem to be bigger than the newer ones in terms of width.Everytime I drive around,I see the older trucks&I take my hat off to them.Keep your baby looking good, regards,Pete
