Default Coolant bleeding issues

2015 5.0 screw. Recently replaced my water pump, thermostat(oem), radiator, and all coolant. I filled up coolant and bled it to the best of my ability (parked on an incline and ran for thirty minutes cap off and revving to 3.5k for 30 seconds about 10 times in that thirty minutes, while doing that my coolant level rose to right under fill cap. I put the cap back on, drove to work, checked it again and was at the maximum line. I took the cap off and the coolant level dropped to under the minimum line. I’ve done this now about three times(bled and had this issue of what I think is still having air in the system) if anyone can help out I would greatly appreciate it. I ordered a new cap and will be here on Sunday. My upper rad hose is also semi collapsing( just started after all cooling work was done)

The new cap should fix your colapsing upper hose. The biggest issue is an air pocket forming behind the thermostat after the engine has cooled. It could prevent the thermostat from opening. If there is a notch or jiggle valve on the thermostat, any air will work its way out and into the overflow bottle. Just keep topping it off as necessary.

Did you use a Ford thermostat?

have you considered a pressure test and a vacuum fill?
