Default cold stall

I have a 06 E150 5.4 when I start it cold sometimes it acts like it ran out of gas. I can turn the key off and restart it and it runs great.
I put a new fuel pump new relay new fuel rail sensor and new module. sometimes I get to end of driveway other times miles.
not so bad in summer heat

I would start with a good cleaning of the throttle body, the idle air control pintle and the bore which it resides in the throttle body. I would also make sure your fuel pressure is up to specs. If the engine starts ok after cycling the key on/off several times before cranking usually means there is a fuel pressure issue.
