Codes, misfire.
My niece was driving after a heavy rain down a straight road, no stop and go at all. It started missing really bad. Initially it just showed a misfire on cylinder 1(P0201). I was fiddling with things though and that was with torque initially. The other codes are using forscan.
Engine, sparkplugs, and transmission have a few thousand miles on them.
My codes are P0174, P0201, P0202, P0207, P0553, P1000, P1780, and P2195.
The code involving OD is because thr button isn't connected.
What I've done: reset computer, remove and clean injector 1 and 2. Replace COP1, make sure spark was good on plug, check compression on 1, change fuel filter, I had a spare fuel pump module, I switched it out as a test.
I've got the stuff to rebuild the injectors and clean them but they seemed fine when tested.
I did notice a minor exhaust leak after the 02 sensor.
I sprayed the intake with carb cleaner all around but nothing changed.
This leads me to believe it is a bad valve, intake gasket, fuel.pump, crank/cam sensor, or wiring/electrical.
Just to save me time, does anyone have any suggestions as to next step.in troubleshooting?
I'm thinking make sure the pcm and wiring doesnt have rust or a loose connection is next? I don't have a leakdown testers but compression seemed good.

But all of your fix attempts might have caused new problems Might just be that things needed to dry out. The lean code would be from the injectors not opening. And, by the way, you can only see intake system leaks by watching fuel trims. The PCM is too fast to hear any idle speed changes unless you have a huge leak.
Good luck. Don't get too crazy, it looks like you're about to tear the engine down. Get your injectors working correctly first. Fuel injection is all about fuel injectors.

Seems more like a short circuit on your injector circuits. You have a bunch of "injector circuit" codes, after driving through a very wet environment. A simple test would be to use NOID lights on the injectors plugs. See if they are opening and closing correctly, flashing the lights.

Turns out one of the things I did fixed it but the injector plugs weren't 100% seated.
I went out and tested the injectors to make sure they were firing again. Apparently I was too worried about brraking the injectors. #7 actually clicked in after I tested it. After going back to test 1 and 2, I realized they weren't plugged all the eay in. It took a lot of pressure to get them to click. I went ahead and reset everything anyway. All is right in the world.

The connectors on the injectors have a gasket inside them and it sometimes gets distorted which interferes with proper seating and ability to get the "Click". In my case I had some old injector harness and I removed the gasket and replaced it. It is difficult to get the damaged gaskets out of the connector so that a "new" one can be installed.
