Default Code p0130

I have a 2009 F150. I recently drove it long trip about over 900 miles. My check engine light turned on and had it checked by AutoZone. They gave me a code P0130 O2 Circuit (Bank 1, Sensor 1). They couldn't give me an exact answer on which O2 sensor it might be since my F150 supposedly has 3. I tried researching to see how I can diagnose which one it is without having to replace each one but no luck. Does anyone know how to figure out or pinpoint which sensor it could be?

Break it down in to parts. Bank 1. Sensor 1.

Lots of places to look on the old internet. Pick two or three and make sure that they agree. Looks like #1 is the first sensor, makes sense, the front one. Find out which bank is #1.

Or, go by what many say, which also makes sense. If one wears out, the other's not far behind. Just replace both front sensors.
