I have a 13 xlt with 90k. When I am reversing with the wheel at full turn, I hear a clunking noise from up front. Happens when backing up only and wheel at full lock. When the wheel is slightly turned no sound. Thoughts?

my 2011 did the same thing while moving forward or in reverse. It was loud and scared the crap out of us every time. I took it under warranty to ford and they replaced the rack and pinion
