Default Clunk in 4H

2018 F150 ecoboost XLT. I’ve got a clunk when I shift to 4H. Recently replaced drivers side IWE and clunk is still there. Only happens in 4wd and haven’t gone faster than seen in video.

Thanks for loading on You Tube!
Without actually being there, it sounds like a bad CV. Only happening in 4X4 is a good indicator.

That’s my thoughts too, should be an easy enough swap. I called the parts store and they have 2 options, standard length one and then another option for vehicles with up to 4” lift. I’ve got bilstein levelling struts so my first thought is to pick up the longer one assuming the angles will be better, but if that’s the case should I swap out both sides? Or can I install the standard one since technically I should need the longer one with only bilsteins.

I'd just use the normal CV shaft, you don't have anything extreme going on that would require a longer one. The length of the shaft won't do anything for the angles of the control arms, or CV. In fact, even with a lift I can't see where it be an advantage either unless you're a rock crawler, or something as extreme as that.
The shaft they are talking about, is that one of those with the slip spline on them?
Again, just an OEM replacement should be fine.
Is that longer one for a Raptor, some don't know the difference between a regular 150, and a Raptor, which, IIRC, does require a longer shaft due to the width of the track.
A truck with a 4" lift doesn't need a longer shaft either. The front diff is lowered to keep angles from a goofy angle, to something more close to OEM.
