Default cleaning the inside of head light assemblies

When I was polishing my head lights noticed I have condensation inside my driver side head light lenses. It appears this condensation has been in the lenses doing it evil for quite sometime. There are evaporative deposits. Has anyone been able to clean one of these things out, or should I just replace it.

I've had that happen and just cleaned it out. Not to often get it on headlights but common on taillights, esp aftermarket one's since don't have quite as snug a fit.....
