Clean Fuel/Cooling System
What is involved in having the fuel system serviced? Is this something you do yourself or do you have a shop do it? Same with the cooling system...

Fuel system/injector cleaning is normally done at a shop. You can try and clean the injectors yourself .. not sure of your knowledge level, just like you can service your own A/C system.
