Default Manuals

Harmsway, I would check out the Haynes manual along side the Chiltons manual. I have found the Haynes manual to be more informative, but I own both! I have a '99 F-150 scab and do all my own maint.

May try rockauto.com, themotorbookstore.com, Amazon.com, or EBay.

Just found a used, original GM shop manual for an '88 Grand Prix on EBay for less than a new Haynes manual.

FYI Ya'll can go to http://www.alldatadiy.com/ and buy a subscription and access it anywhere there is a computer. Online it has the latest TSBs and recalls. 44 bucks for 3 years and like 24 bucks to renew it. Most ppl dont keep vehicles that long. So they can let the subscript run out and get a new one for the new vehicle. Alldata is what ALOT of shops are using.
