Default CEL help

so I have p2004, p2006 and p0451 which I read is EVAP related , i have rough idle but nothing else.
where do I start, I checked the lines as best I could and made sure everything that's meant to be connected; could it I be the canister purge valve and if so where the hell is it any directions or pics on where to find would be great
I have a 2009 XLT 4.6
I know this is a basic question but any help would be great

also could this relate to the rough idle it jumps from 500 at rest to 680 and the needle just seems to slowly bounce and the truck judders slightly sy.top on acceleration I don't think i see any problem what should I look at first air idle, MAF ?

Your code 'IS' - sorta - related to EVAP, but only in that it would result in none of the EVAP monitor tests working properly, because so much of it is based on fuel tank pressure changes.

According to the Motorcraft OBDII Theory of Operation Manual (page 28) indicates P0451 specifically means Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor Range/Performance (offset) is out of range. ??? IDK what the range is. But Fuel Tank Pressure sensor wires to the PCM plug "B" (the Body plug - right hand one I think) at pin 65. At KOEO the voltage reading should be 2.6 volts. At hot idle it should be 2.5 volts (according to Motorcraft Diagnostics Reference Manual.

It appears you might have a problem in the wiring harness or electrical connection in the plug to the PCM. Perhaps the Fuel Tank Pressure sensor located on top of the tank.

Hope this helps.
