Default Catalytic Converter

Hello Gents!

I have a 2015 3.5L eco boost motor in my F150, love it... Cats gone bad!! I have been living with a check engine light forever (not quite) . I am wondering if anyone has had good luck with aftermarket cats, I have not heard good things but OEM cats from Ford are out of the world for money and have not been available.

Thanks,
Dave

What are the codes? Not to second guess the diagnosis, but I would be inclined to swap the O2 sensors before going for the cats. Their replacement is far less costly and labor intensive.

I wouldn't replace either the converters or O2 sensors without a competent diagnosis by someone who knows what they're doing.
