My CEL came on for the first time today. Truck idles bad, makes a different noise to. Went to go pull the codes at (NTB, we have a $5000 solus from snap on) it couldnt connect to my truck. I went to autozone after work, theres couldnt connent to it either. Looks like my OBD is bad... Where do I start?

Try replacing your cigarette lighter fuse, it runs the circuit that the obd connector is on. 9 times out of 10 that's the culprit. I work at Oriellys so I deal with this quite often.

Turn ignition off, hold dash button and turn ignition on, codes will display in mileage indicator, only works on 97-03 dash styles
