Hello, Ive been looking all around but have found nothing like my problem..

I recently was in a rush and put my 2002 lariat in reverse while still going forward slightly, I felt a jerk.. I then went forward and it was fine.

Now, i cannot reverse it and when i do i hear a bad sound coming from the rear end. almost like the parking brake is still on and its trying to roll back, also i tried to push it in nuetral and didnt go. I had to play with it going from park to reverse to get it work eventually. I have no problems in drive or moving forward..

I was thinking U joint but i think that would effect drive also.. Any info would help!
