Default Cam phasers

I have a 2012 F150 eco-boost I had the cam phaser noise on start up wasn’t sure what it was. And now it’s a constant rattle called local dealership they want 4500 to change all the timing components phasers, chain, everything. My question is, I have mid level mechanical abilities. I usually do all my own stuff. Is this something I could tack on myself? Also, would anybody have a list of parts that I would need? I know the phasers them selves the timing chain probably valve cover gaskets gasket for the timing chain cover anything else really appreciate the help. Do not want to spend 4500 on the truck but I can’t afford a new one.

Oops, too slow. Confirmation...

Pretty sure it's in here somewhere - https://www.youtube.com/@FordTechMakuloco/videos

Looks like he did a multi-part series of videos. Good luck.
