Caliper Sticking/locking

my mechanic is telling me that my front left caliper is sticking/locking. Is there a way for me to fix this problem myself? I have a 2008 F150

Replace BOTH calipers with remanned calipers, rebuilding yourself isn't really worth it

There are rebuild kits available but without the proper honing tools and the knowledge to make the repairs, I agree with technokami. Have the mechanic replace both calipers and turn the rotors
