I’ve recently ran into a problem after replacing the blower motor resistor where my ac will stop blowing and make a weird humming/ vibrating noise from the passenger side dash. The noise will sometimes cut in and out, I also can turn the ac off and turn it back on again and it will blow for a few seconds then cut out again. I am told that you can replace the fuse for the a/c and it can help but I have my doubts with how much it vibrates. Has anyone had a similar issue with a simple fix or am I going to have to tear the dash apart and replace the blend door actuator.

 

Sounds like a problem with the blower motor.
