Default Break Problems

Hey guys,
i use the parking break alot when it comes to my truck and today i was driving out and the drivers side back tire locked up on my way out. Parking break was fully released and i started to back up and park the truck and it wouldnt move until the passenger side tire started to spin. Finally got the truck to move and heard a loud poping noise. I started to deive again and no problem until i put the parking break on again and it only went a couple of inches and stopped. any suggestions?

Will have to remove drum/rotor assy and inspect the shoes, sound like they are flopping around in there.

What year truck? The 04-08's have a hangup issue. It's easily fixed by taking off the rear rotors and lubing up all of the e-brake junk.
