Default Brakes Are Soft

On My 1998 F-150 4wd Ext Cab My Brakes Have Become Soft They Will Go Almost To The Floor Before Really Engaging Firmly Doesnt Feel Like I Have Any Air In The System And My Pads And Shoes Look Good So Hopefully Someone Has Already Ran Into This Problem Thanks For Your Time

Check fluid level first, if it's fine, bleed the brakes. If you can't hold the truck downhill with brakes for more than a minute or you can feel the pedal' backpressure weakening while you floor it, it's the master cylinder.

Fluid Level Is Fine My Pedal Doesnt Bleed Off Like The Master Is By-passing And Even When I Pump My Brakes The Pedal Doesnt Get Firmer It Just Falls To Same Place Before It Starts Engaging Thanks For Your Responses
