Default Brakes, already

52K miles on truck, and I think the brakes need replacing.
To be fair, yes, I have larger than stock tires, 315/70/17 on Raptor wheels, even so, this seems way early. I'm NOT one of "them" that waits until the very last second to slam on the brakes, I coast down, even let the trans slow me down, my tune allows me to do that easily. So, I'm easy on the brakes.
First indication I had was the dealer told me to keep an eye on my rear brakes, said they were getting down there. And that is at my dealer, that I trust.
Second, and recent indication, the pedal seems soft. No external leaks, brake fluid where it belongs, no visible signs. I noticed if I pump the brakes once, the pedal gets back to almost normal.
Maybe a master cylinder with bad "O" rings?
Just trouble shooting before I take it back to my dealer to check the soft pedal thing. I've never heard of pads/rotors causing a soft pedal.
But I also never heard of the rear brakes wearing faster than the front either, which is another thing going on.
Any help/suggestions from you guys?

These are what I plan on using.
