Brake recommendations please
Hi all,
Apologies in advanced if this is else where and I missed it but I am looking for help on which direction to go for new brakes. I have a 2013 FX4 Supercrew with eccoboost. My current brakes now are from the factory and have a noticeable shutter when applying the brake. There is not much life on any of the pads so it's time for new pads and rotors. I was wondering what brands everyone has had good luck with.
I don't want to go the slotted and drilled route (prolly a little overkill my truck, Its a daily driver and don't pull anything very often. I do load up the bed often but nothing too crazy heavy). The other thing that I know I want is something that is coated well for rust prevention. I live in Kansas so salt is an issue. There anything out there thats made in the USA/ not made in china? Ceramic pads the way to go?
thank you in advanced for any opinions / advice

Pretty happy with my EBC rotors and Wagner pads that cost about $350 for 4 wheels.

Are Ford heavy duty brakes, semi metallic, very good. I want good brakes when we roll into the Rockies this summer.
