Default Bolt Size

I just got back my old F150 4X4 and the tranny had been taken out and all the bellhousing bolts are missing, does anyone know the correct size? It's a 94 w/302 AODE tranny. I've got a pretty good bolt pile in my yard but I'd like to get the right size and thread count.

Typical tranny bolt is a 3/8"x 1 1/2" x 24. If you have a bucket of old bolts I would start by HAND threading the size I suggested. (use a thread gauge) If that isn't correct, change bolts till you find one that fits. Then get Grade 8 bolts for all. Do not use lock washers. Use a flat washer on thread locker, blue.
