Default Blown engine?

Hello, I need opinions. I have a 2012 F-150 4x2 with 3.5L eco boost with 198k miles. I was driving to work and the oil pressure warning was freaking out. On and off randomly. Finally it stayed on. First thing I thought was oil sending unit again. I got off high way and was maybe 5 miles from home. the engine light was not lite. just pressure warning. I tried to drive home. I made it with in 2 miles of home and the truck shut off. I pulled over and waited a few minutes. started the truck and with in 15 seconds the oil pressure light came on. I shut it off. Had it towed to a shop. They said it was 1 qt low. so they topped it off. They took for a test drive and got 4 error codes. The oil pressure was between 2-4 psi. The shop told me the motor is bad. I can start the truck it runs, and I dont hear knocking, or see smoke. The error codes I get are P0012,P0014, P0024, and P0022.
Thoughts?
The truck is in great shape, I have put new pads and rotors front and back, brand new tires ( less than 60 days old) If I cant fix it with new oil pump and timing belt. I Don't know how to sell it. I was also told by shop it would be 12k to put in a new motor, and only 2 k less for a used motor.

Default Ouch

I’ve an ‘11 3.5. When/if the motor needs replacement that’s what I’ll do.
