Default Black oil? Leak

Hi, i have an 2017 F150 EB and just noticed a black substance on my driveway. I have not noticed that my truck has leaked before. We drive across the desert from Calif to Az and don’t want anything major to happen on our trips. I bought my truck in 2018 and had the oil changed in January of this year and then drove out to AZ. No leaks were present at that time. I have read a few posts that talk about exhaust drip. Just would like to be reassured that i am looking in the right direction. Thanks, Steve

Well the first step is to crawl under your truck and look for a leak.

Look at the oil filter or the drain plug. Exhaust drip will dry very quickly. Would be unusual for a 2017 to have anything serious.

It's condensation mixed with soot from the exhaust system. There's a couple of drain holes in the exhaust for condensation. You should see my garage floor!
