I purchased my 2002 FX4 with a bent tow hook, well the actually frame is bent down causing the tow hook to point downwards, i have no body or frame work experience but is this something that could be fixed? Can the frame be fabricated or be bent back to the right position?

 

It would take so much force to bend it back and fix it. Your better off going to a salvage yard and picking up an old tow hitch and just swap them out.
