Default ball joint

A couple days ago my 96 started to drive funny and when I parked it I noticed the passenger side tire is leaning with the too side facing the engine I think it's the ball joint and I would like to know what you guys think and how would you replaced it

Although you may have a bad ball joint there's no way you would see it in the tire leaning. Bad ball joints are evidenced in driving conditions such as wobble in the steering wheel, shaking on rough roads or wobble when braking. You may have bad a-arm bushings that have changed the camber of the spindle. I'd pull off the wheel ans use a prybar to check for slop in all moving joints. Good luck
